Toasted Marshmallow S’mores Bars offer all the gooey goodness of traditional s’mores, layered in a delicious bar form that’s perfect for parties, picnics, or a simple family treat.
Ingredients
Scale:
1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
2 cups Chocolate chips (semisweet or milk chocolate)
4 cups Marshmallows (mini or regular)
½ teaspoon Salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the crumbs are evenly moistened.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even crust. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the surface. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
Once the chocolate is melted, spread it into an even layer over the crust.
Layer the marshmallows over the chocolate. If using regular marshmallows, cut them in half for easier distribution.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and p■.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan. Use the parchment overhang to lift the bars out once cooled, then cut into squares.
