4 large Flour tortillas
2 cups Cooked turkey, shredded

½ cup Cranberry sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter
¼ cup Chopped green onions or cilantro (optional)

If using, spread 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce over the turkey, then sprinkle with green onions or cilantro.
Top with another tortilla and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula, adding more oil or butter if needed, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the second side is golden.
