- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
