  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
