4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cans (5 ounces each) Tuna, drained (canned)
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Frozen peas
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped onion, frozen peas, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add the cooked potatoes to the tuna mixture and gently fold them in until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for added texture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
