A refreshing dessert that combines sweetness, freshness, and a touch of decadence, enveloped in a creamy, cheesecake-inspired dressing.
Ingredients
Scale:
2 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup Blueberries
2 Kiwi, peeled and diced
1 cup Grapes, halved
1 Banana, sliced
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped topping
2-3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced kiwi, halved grapes, and sliced banana. Gently toss the fruits together to mix.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 2 minutes.
Add the honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined with the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and gently stir until all the fruit is coated. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled.
