  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  7. Fold in half of the fresh blackberries into the blondie batter.
  8. Spread half of the blondie batter evenly in the prepared baking dish, then dollop the cream cheese mixture over it. Swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Top with the remaining blondie batter and sprinkle the remaining blackberries on top.
